Phase 1 – £400k
Phase 1 of this project is to buy the land and create an access road, build a secure compound and suitable pontoon facilities to enable both schools to boat from this new site.
Once we have established operations at the new site we‘ll make immediate savings on our ongoing costs at our current location and will then look to create the boathouse according to the planning permissions we now have. We need £400k NOW. This will get us on the site securely. Both schools are asking the current parent and alumni community to fund the first urgently needed £400k.
- We fully intend to record and recognise this initial parent support and hope to record a founders ‘honours board’ when the building is complete

Phase 2 – £2m
Phase 2 can only gather the required momentum once we have completed Phase 1. We have a strong sense of where we can secure large donors, corporate support, individual wealthy donors, family trusts and national sporting bodies. We are calling upon our community to also help identify potential supporters in Phase 2 or individuals who can assist in any way in either phases.
